Smart Coffee! Is it really Smart?

SMART COFFEE! Is it really smart?
Hi! I would like to introduce you to Smart Coffee. It is a great tasting rich Colombian roasted coffee that’s giving people incredible weight loss and energy! The Nootropics in smart coffee are all-natural amino acids that are mostly found in protein-rich foods but aren’t always easy to get from diet alone.
The ingredients in the coffee are combined to help control cravings and appetite without feeling run-down. And, the thermogenic components and appetite suppressants work to help burn fat. The Nootropics are powerful cognitive enhancers that help improve mental fog.
So, is this coffee smart? I think so since it works with your body to control cravings, curb your appetite, and give you amazing energy without the jitters.

Dream coffee cup

To answer a few questions, you may have:

There are different ways to fix the coffee.

• You can mix one scoop of the coffee with 8oz of hot water then drink it black or add your sweeteners and creams. A lot of people use a sugar substitute and flavored creamer.
• Mix one scoop of the coffee with your normal coffee stir and drink.
• Mix one scoop of coffee with your favorite hot chocolate. It tastes similar to a coffee latte.
• Mix as a smoothie. Add one scoop coffee to your favorite low-fat smoothie.
• Mix one scoop coffee with milk, and peanut butter powder. It tastes similar to a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup.
Is there a decaf?

There isn’t a decaf option for the coffee but people who don’t drink coffee or sensitive to caffeine, drink the Choclevate! It’s like a chocolate shake with the same benefits.
This coffee is amazing and if you would like to try it, I have $15 trial packs. The packs contain a 3-day one scoop stick. For the trail packs, you can leave a post or email me at scruggs3@nctc.com.

Book Review “The Chocolatier”

  1. Reviewed by Rabia Tanveer for Readers’ Favorite

The Chocolatier by Brenda Scruggs is a complex yet sweet romance that centers on a man and a woman from very different worlds, yet they are perfect for each other. Charles Riviera is the heir to a chocolate empire that thrives on the dark, rich, sweet intensity of chocolate. He loves his job, he loves chocolate, and he really enjoys working as Director of Marketing. However, he had no idea that life had an even sweeter surprise waiting for him in the form of a delectable woman who is hiding deep pain.

Charlene Callaway has seen the worst that love and romance have to offer. Ready to marry the man she loved, she found him cheating on her with another woman on their wedding day. Broken hearted and bone weary, she moves away and gets a job at a chocolate company. She had no idea that her future was waiting for her in the form of a dashing, handsome and very interesting man. But bad luck still has an eye on her. She has a stalker and he will not stop until he has her. What can Charlene and Charles do in a situation like this? They are hardly ready to accept their feelings for each other, so what will they do when they have to confront an adversary that is hell-bent on claiming Charlene?

Brenda Scruggs did a wonderful job of creating characters that were real and relatable. The element of surprise, romance, and suspense was great and very well built. The scenarios were real, complex and believable. I loved the sweet love between Charlene and Charles, nothing was forced and Scruggs gave them time and the opportunity to fully explore their feelings for each other before they gave love a chance. The Chocolatier is a complete novel that gives you a sense of fulfillment and leaves you smiling.

Book Signing at The Chocolate Covered Strawberry

This past Saturday, I got to enjoy doing a book signing at, The Chocolate Covered Strawberry. (The Chocolatier). The atmosphere was so delightful and the crew was amazing. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by trying their exquisite dinning and experience the unique boutique. Thanks, Berry for having me!

The day started with the setup of my table, which I think turned out pretty well. The hostess brought me a Hot Chocolate which was nice. (It was sooo good!) That’s it on the table – YUM!

Then, a swarm of people flooded in as the doors opened. I was stunned by the amount of, people that approached my table. When it slowed down, I walked around and handed out bookmarkers and postcards. It was a productive and nice experience. And, it all started by simply sending out a letter and postcard of my book to the owner saying that I thought my book. “The Chocolatier,” would make a nice addition to her boutique. The book signing was a plus.

“The Chocolatier”

A portion paragraph from “The Chocolatier”cropped-cropped-cropped-resizeimagehandler11.jpg

A smile came to her lips., “Yeah, a new chapter in my life.” She reached for her keys, thinking maybe she would venture out and walk along the bay but the ring of her phone interrupted her thoughts. “There’s an opening in your field of expertise at my work.” Julie’s voice sounded out.
“Oooh, you make it sound so professional for a chocolate factory,” Charlene said jokingly. “Yeah, chocolate factory,” Julie said with a smile. She might think twice once she actually sees the company. “Take down this number and call in an hour. The gentleman you need to speak with will be back from lunch.” “Alright, got it,” Charlene said. “And seriously thank you.” “Don’t thank me yet. Remember it’s a chocolate factory,” she said teasingly. “Bye.”

This recipe is an excellent source of essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Mix up a big bowl and separate into baggies, so it will be easy to grab when you sprint out to your outing.

Eatable Bird Seed Recipe

Use equal amounts

Mixed nuts

Raisins

Sunflower Seeds

Chocolate pieces

I’m a little bit of a history buff so it’s interesting to me to dig into the root of something.

Have you heard the statement, “That’s for the birds!”

The phrase, “that’s for the birds,” is of American origin and hasn’t been commonly used anywhere else. Sergt. Buck Erickson, of Camp Ellis, Illinois used it in an interview with The Lowell Sun. It is Army slang and used towards the end of WWII. When it comes down to it the phrase actually means something is worthless or meaningless. The root of the expression is the habit of some birds pecking at horse droppings in order to find seeds.

Now, doesn’t that make you just want to grab a bag of bird seed. Even though, I discovered the meaning, it still doesn’t keep me from enjoy this tasty treat.

Enjoy!
