Book Review for
Escape Root
The Secret Passage to Lifelong Wellness
By Scott Laird

I picked up this book at a conference and I have to say, it has captured my attention from the get go. It has changed my way of thinking and eating. Scott not only tells about how a plant base diet helps but explains from a biblical perspective how it affects the body. The book is a great read, full of knowledge for a heathier life. By following the suggestions in the book, you can have a secret passage and an escape root to a heathier life.
